Returns

Customers have the right to return the purchased item within 14 days after the purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to the item not fitting, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed to the customer’s bank card.

Exceptions
